Losing a beloved dog companion can be a traumatic time for dog owners. "It's not just a dog" – we miss them and can feel intense grief for some years. In this workshop we explain the pet grief process, and strategies for dealing with our emotions and how to move forward honouring our loss. 

This workshop may assist people who have lost a pet or are experiencing anticipatory grief and for those who are helping others move through the grief process.

Entry requirements

Students should either have a dog or have owned a dog prior with an interest in learning more about dogs in general.
