Glow Up Girls: Unleash Your Confidence, Strength, and Friendship!
Glow Up Girls is all about YOU—your growth, your power, and your future. This fun, 10-week program is for teen girls in Years 10-12 who want to level up in confidence, fitness, and mental strength. Through exciting activities, empowering challenges, and real talk, we’ll help you build lasting friendships and learn tools that’ll make you feel unstoppable.
In partnership with Fernwood Hornsby, an all-female gym, we’re bringing you epic fitness sessions that’ll get you moving, sweating, and feeling strong. Each week is packed with fresh ways to grow, from building your self-esteem and boosting resilience to learning how to set boundaries that protect your mental health. You’ll get hands-on experience with gym challenges, social skills workshops, and self-care rituals to keep you feeling your best—inside and out.
It’s not just about being strong on the outside—it’s about building inner strength too. At Glow Up Girls, we create a community where you can be yourself, support each other, and have fun while growing into the best version of YOU!

Commencing 30 April 2025, 18.00-20.00 X 10 weeks. Location: HKCC and Fernwood, a female-only gym within walking distance.

This program is designed for High School students in Years 10 - 12 living with Anxiety, Depression and other Mental Health challenges.
We are proudly delivering projects for the Peer Support and Capacity Building (PSCB) grant for the NDIS.
