Our small classes are held in a heated indoor pool, providing a personal and supportive environment for all fitness levels. The Mt Wilga venue also offers convenient change room and shower facilities. Discover how aqua exercise can enhance your health and wellbeing!

Students will:
- Practice Low-Impact Movement: Aqua exercise reduces stress on your bones, joints, and muscles, making it gentle yet effective
- Natural Resistance: The water provides resistance that helps strengthen your core, improving balance and coordination
- Cardiovascular Benefits: This activity increases your heart rate and breathing rate, boosting cardiovascular health
- Hydrotherapy Bliss: Warm pool water relaxes muscles, eases joint pain, and creates a sense of weightlessness, enhancing overall wellbeing
The 7:00 pm session is a 30-minute high-intensity Aqua Exercise class designed to elevate your heart rate and build muscle strength.
What to bring:
- Swimmers
- Towel
- Water bottle
We provide all pool equipment.

Cigdem is a qualified Aqua Aerobics instructor with FISAF and over a decade of experience, Cigdem is passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and happier through movement. She creates a fun and energetic environment where you will have fun while you exercise.
