Have you ever wanted to try a yoga class? Or do you practice already but want a deeper understanding of the fundamentals?

Join us for a relaxed exploration of poses commonly found in yoga classes, including alignment, prop work and safety. In these classes, you will be guided and supported as you come to understand basic yoga philosophy, mindfulness and breathing practices and how these can be applied to your life for greater clarity and health. Each class concludes with a deeply relaxing meditation

Important information:

Please consult your doctor before enrolling, especially if you have pre-existing back or neck problems or medical conditions. This class is not suitable for those who are pregnant.

Please monitor your physical condition at all times and exercise to a level that is appropriate given your knowledge of your health and any medical advice you have obtained. If any unusual symptoms occur immediately stop what you are doing and notify your instructor.

What you will need

A yoga mat, water bottle, a towel or blanket for covering your body during relaxation. You may also want a low cushion for support under head and for sitting. Wear comfortable clothing.
