Italian Continuers

This course is designed for students who have successfully completed both the Absolute Beginners and Beginners levels and are ready to continue progressing with confidence.

We will still use Nuovo Espresso 1 as our core textbook, focusing on Units 9 and 10, which explore everyday life and family — real topics that help you communicate naturally in Italian. Unit 9 centers on daily routines, habits, and personal experiences, while Unit 10 dives into family relationships and descriptions, helping you express yourself with clarity and nuance in common real-world conversations.

Throughout the course, you’ll build on what you’ve already learned and strengthen all four language skills — listening, speaking, reading, and writing — with structured lessons, interactive activities, and authentic examples. Grammar and vocabulary will be integrated in meaningful contexts so that you can deepen your understanding and begin to use Italian with greater fluency and confidence.
