Building on the foundation established in Level 1, this course delves deeper into the seven main chakras, from the Root to the Crown. Each week, we focus on a single chakra, exploring the related crystals and essential oils that support our work.

Through meditation and reflective practices, you'll learn to identify and clear blockages, activate, and harmonize each chakra. At the end of each class, you'll embark on a healing journey to address these blockages, leading to a more balanced and vibrant life.

Whether you're new to energy work or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers valuable insights and practical tools for self-discovery and transformation. Join us on a journey of self exploration and energetic alignment.

What to bring:

• Notepad and pen.

• A pendulum of any kind. These can be purchased from crystal shops, spiritual fairs or

online. If you don’t want to purchase a pendulum, you can use a necklace with an object

hanging from it, i.e. a ring or pendant.

• Chakra Reading Cards by Rachelle Charman. These can be purchased online with many

providers.

• Optional – Crystal Reading Cards by Rachelle Charman. Note, these Oracle Cards are a

nice to have, but not necessary to have for this class.
