Mind Fit Teens
MINDFIT FOR TEENS
Helping young people build resilience, confidence, and emotional strength
Why Mindfit?
Teens today face intense pressure from school, sport, friendships, family expectations, and social media. Many feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.
Mindfit for Teens gives young people the tools to understand themselves, manage challenges, and build long‑term emotional well‑being.
What We Believe
- Teens are not broken.
- Wellbeing and resilience already exist within them.
- When teens understand how their mind works, they feel more confident, calm, and capable.
What the Program Offers
- Insight‑based learning (no tests, no memorising, no pressure)
- Practical tools for handling stress and anxiety
- Supportive group discussions and activities
- Real‑life skills teens can use immediately
- Seven interactive lessons covering resilience, emotional awareness, self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, and goal setting aligned with personal values.
The Mindfit Outcome
Teens develop psychological fitness—the ability to move through life with clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. They learn to trust themselves, understand their strengths, and make choices that support a meaningful, fulfilling life.
Program Delivery
The program will be run in person at HKCC Hornsby, for 2 hours per week X 7 weeks. Some weeks our Coach will be online, but each week Peer Support Anna will be there to greet and support you.
