Yin yoga is for you if you are tired and craving energy or if you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed. It has the effect of calming the mind and the body.

What you will need
A yoga mat, yoga block, water bottle, a towel or blanket for covering your body during relaxation. You may also want a low cushion for support under head and for sitting. Wear comfortable clothing.
