What to bring:
- Thick folding mat
- Pilates Ring (Circle)
- Thera band
- Water bottle
- Towel or thin pillow
If you don't have all these items, please don't worry. You'll just need a mat for the first class and the instructor will let you know more about the other items

Jeanette is a dedicated Health and Wellness Professional with over 20 years of experience in allied health, specialising in movement therapy, Clinical Pilates, and exercise prescription. Extensive background in both Studio and Mat-based Clinical Pilates, delivering individualised, evidence-informed programs to support rehabilitation, functional strength, and long-term wellness.
